Donation Terms and Conditions
By submitting a donation to Widows and Orphans Movement (“WOM”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of Funds
Your donation will be used to support the mission and programs of Widows and Orphans Movement. Where you designate a specific campaign or initiative, we will use the funds for that purpose. If the campaign is fully funded or can no longer proceed, we may redirect your gift to a similar program that serves widows, orphans, and vulnerable families.
2. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are made voluntarily. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you give is accurate and complete.
3. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or was a duplicate, email info@womgh.org within [30] days of the transaction and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, and processing times depend on Paystack and your bank or mobile money provider.
4. Recurring Donations
If you choose a recurring donation, your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. To cancel or change a recurring gift, email info@womgh.org. Cancellation applies to future payments only.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or mobile money details on our website. Paystack’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. 6. Receipts

7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment-related details only to process your donation, send receipts, and communicate with you about our work. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with Paystack and other service providers as needed to process your gift. 8. Donor Recognition
Unless you choose to give anonymously, we may acknowledge your gift in our reports or communications. If you prefer to remain anonymous, select that option on the form or contact us.
9. Security and Fraud
We reserve the right to decline or reverse any donation we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your donation applies to that donation.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
