Call for Consultancy – Research and document Agroecology Practices and Farmer Knowledge on Agroecological Inputs

We are seeking a qualified consultant/researcher or research team to research and document agroecological practices and farmers’ knowledge of agroecological inputs, including certified and non-certified inputs as part of the project titled: “Strengthening Agroecology for Resilient Livelihoods: Empowering Women and Smallholder Farmers in Northern Ghana.”
Key Requirements
● Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in programmatic research or impact evaluations in rural development.
● Topical Expertise: Deep knowledge of agroecology, soil health, and indigenous food systems in Northern Ghana.
● Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages (Kasem, Grune, or Mampruli) is strongly preferred.
● Approach: Proven experience in participatory and gender-responsive research methods.
